Born on the 3rd of October 2022 in McAllen TX, Frida is a US citizen. In March 2023, the little girl was taken away from her loving environment and in the absence of her father and taken wrongfully out of the country in June 2023 by her mother, a foreigner in this country.
Frida was seen in Rodewisch/Vogtland/Eastern part of Germany. Her current location is unknown.
Frida was born wirth a birth defect which requires surgeries and medical treatment. Frida was taken away from her pediatrician Jimmy Tiu, MD and the plastic surgeon Doctor Kevin Hopkins, MD of Driscoll Children's Hospital which is considered a neglect of medical treatment.
Furthermore, in the presence of her mother, Frida was seen at the ER at McAllen Medical Center for unspecitfied head injuries and bleeding out of the mouth with the allegation of physical child abuse. Frida was taken out of the country 96 hours after being released from the hospital.
Frida's legal name is FRIDA Vera Marie BUCHWALD.
After being kidnapped from the USA, she was wrongfully presented under the family name JARVIS.
The mother of Frida might utilize other names such as, but not limited to, STEINBACH, GRAUPNER, EBERT, or EBERT-GRAUPNER.
Per court order signed by the honorable 398th District Court of Hidalgo County, the custody for Frida was granted to the father Torsten Buchwald and represented by the Ad Litem Attorney Melinda Diaz. The child continued to be hidden and no access is granted to her father and the authorities.
